Where does your information come from?

Firstly your name and address is confirmed by consulting the electoral roll available from each local authority. The Registry Trust discloses details of any bankruptcies and/or County Court Judgements registered in your name.

CRAs can get credit reports from most banks and building societies, credit card companies, mobile phone and mail-order companies as well as utility suppliers.

This information may include whether the account payments are on time or whether the account is in arrears or default. Reports cover what terms have been signed up to, and how much is owed.
